Components and description

| 1 | Solution Tank | Prevent phase and layer separation stirring solution with the air motor and apply pressure using inert gases. |
| 2 | Feeding part | Feed a fixed quantity using the metering pump and remove impurities within the solution using the mesh filter. Install pressure gauge and thermometer in the STS tube and record the readings in real time. |
| 3 | Spin Nozzle Part | Device which discharges fed solution in a fibrous form and consists of needles in small orifices, nozzle pack fixing several needles and high-voltage power generator applying high voltage power. |
| 4 | Collector part | Device which collects nanofiber webs on the conveyor belt, removes solvents with a suction system and brings webs close. Solvents are discharged into solvent purification system or recovery system. |
